Okocha to Play Football for Qatar FC
	July 20, 2006 A former member of the Turkish Football Club, Fenerbahce, Jay Jay Okocha has signed a one year contract with Qatar’s Sports Club football team. Having recently played for the Bolton Wanderers in Britain’s Premier Football League, Okocha was released by his team last May and signed a one-year contract with Sports Club in Qatar’s the first division of the country’s football league. The administrators of Qatar’s Sports Club, speaking about the transfer of Okocha, a 32 year-old Nigerian football player, said they transferred Okocha with the intention of him becoming Qatar’s champion player during next year’s season
